Wonderful the minute we walked in the door. We were greeted upon arrival and our luggage taken while we explored London. Returned to our room to rest to the most comfortable bed!

Cozy place with cool music inspired art work throughout the hotel. Very comfortable beds. Dark rooms. Delicious breakfasts in the restaurants. Staff helpful if slightly distant.
