    Did not feel like 5 star. The service was spotty and staff appeared impatient when you had questions. They did not appear client-centered, nor did they work to anticipate needs ahead of time. Waste of the extra $300 a night vs. other deals I found for 4.5 and 5 star options. I tried Rosewood due to brand reputation, but was highly disappointed.
