Meliá White House

This is the hotel we always choose when we stay in London. We’ve been coming here for around 15 years, so we know the hotel very well and always feel comfortable staying here. The location works really well for us, the gym is good, and breakfast usually offers a nice variety of options, although this time the toaster unfortunately wasn’t working. Whenever we come to London, this is still our first choice because we know what to expect, we’re familiar with the hotel, and it feels easy and convenient for us.

The only small things we would improve are the pillows, which we don’t find particularly comfortable, and the TV setup. It would be great if the TVs allowed guests to connect to Netflix or cast content from their phones using Chromecast or a similar system. In London, especially when the weather is cold or rainy and you end up spending an evening in the room, it would be nice to have the option to watch a film or stream your own content rather than being limited to regular TV channels. Apart from that, everything was very good and, as always, we had a comfortable stay.

The Location was fantastic , the employees were so friendly specially Mr Ayoob on the front desk , the GYM was one of the best GYM in a hotel that I ever visited.

The AC was so bad when it’s needed during noon.

The facilities were great and the staff were friendly. Gym was solid, bar and executive lounge were fantastic.

The room itself was poor. Issues included a small unsafe table that injured knee, uncomfortable bed (two beds next to each other) with poor pillows, had calls in middle of night waking us up, towel warmer had been set to highest temp and scolded me. Toilet always stank (even after flushing) and appeared to be coming away from the wall. One of the window panes was cracked, could hear other rooms as well as work in the stairs. No were comfortable to sit in room, sofa far too low and only one chair in the room despite it being for two people.
