Great location, less than 5-minute walk to Buckingham palace, close to Victoria station, quiet and safe Comfortable beds, clean marble bathrooms with heated flooring. We didn't have breakfast; there are cafes nearby

Toilet with shattaf would have been great. Welcome fruits basket was very bad quality and aged fruits

Lovely location and rooms. Reception staff friendly
We had several issues with the room sadly despite paying extra to also upgrade. We didn’t feel there was much in the way of an apology which was disappointing.
