Clean, within walking distance to Buckingham Palace, Westminster Abbey. Great restaurants, nearby for breakfast and dinner. Great pubs nearby within walking distance. Staff was wonderfully accommodating. Beds were comfortable.

It was in a good location for walking - very close to the tube - St James.
Staff were very friendly always.
Bed was super comfy!
Air conditioning did not work well. Was on 18 degrees the entire time and it did not feel like that at all.
Very pokey room and bathroom. No ventilation in the bathroom.
