The room was nice, lovely bathroom with nice facilities. The location was perfect for us as we were visiting Buckingham Palace during our stay, and it was just a short walk away. The hotel staff were all extremely pleasant and friendly.
Our room was advertised as having a City view, however when we opened the curtains all we could see was the walls and windows of the hotel next to us, it would be impossible to see anything else from this room. Also the tea and coffee options in the room were very limited, there were only 2 teabags left in the room at any one time, with only 4 small pots of milk.

We had a nice bathroom in the room the bed was comfortable
I didn’t like the staff we couldn’t get in at night so we rang the bell took them a while to let us back in and we wanted a drink when we got back instead of just saying sorry it’s closed for a drink the staff said come with me and we was took in a room they weren’t even any lights on so we just thought what’s happening. We had a drink in the room instead the staff were so unhelpful.
