A comfortable hotel with good-sized rooms and bathrooms. Excellent location. Typical city-style view of an inner courtyard. Numerous and courteous staff. Very good breakfast.Comfortable bed, excellent bed linen and towels.
The carpeted floor was a bit grubby. We stayed in a double room, yet over the course of six nights, no one thought to provide a second bathrobe and a second pair of slippers. Naturally, we didn't ask for that .....

Superb location, within walking distance to restaurants, the tube, government sights and shopping. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was excellent and the breakfast staff in particular were very friendly and accomodating. Our room was fine and the bed was clean and comfortable.
The hotel is on a main avenue with cars and trucks rushing by continuously, and many sirens day and night. That can't be helped by the hotel and staff but for the price I'm paying I'd was hoing for a more quiet surrounding. My room was a little weatherbeaten as well, and could've been a cleaner (it had hairballs under the sink for example). The bed was clean and comfortable which is most important.

We had a nice bathroom in the room the bed was comfortable
I didn’t like the staff we couldn’t get in at night so we rang the bell took them a while to let us back in and we wanted a drink when we got back instead of just saying sorry it’s closed for a drink the staff said come with me and we was took in a room they weren’t even any lights on so we just thought what’s happening. We had a drink in the room instead the staff were so unhelpful.
