    Very helpful staff and beautiful rooms. The hotel is not the most spacious but still well utilised for the price. Loved the interiors. Good location

    Love this hotel chain. While expensive they are all beautifully presented and this one is no exception. Love all the homely touches. Very convenient for central London.

    We travel as a family quite a lot and love staying in unique places but this place has been a disappointment. First, the staff were no where to be found, we had a late check in and the girl was cleaning the restaurant and checked us in there was not a proper receptionist to help us with check in amd luggages. At breakfast we were asked if we booked a table which I found bizzare . The plates were pilling up and no one bothered to clean our table . It was very unwelcoming. The room we booked was meant to have a kingsize bed and that was not the case . Also it was very cold and the underfloor heating wasn t working. In all honesty for us it was the worst experience we ve had in London so far. I am really sorry I chose this place.
