It was warm in our room for April, not sure if they didn't switch the A/C on yet or not but the 3rd floor stays quite warm. Asked the front deak to look at it and no change, if you don't mind hot and a smaller space it was just fine for us 2 (mom and teen). Good location close to the tube and bus, parks, Buckingham Palace, pubs, etc.

The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. Bathroom was small and in need of some TLC. We enjoyed our stay and was in a perfect location. Would stay here again.

Excellent service! The reception staff gave us a warm welcome at check-in. The bed linen was clean, and the hotel is in a great location. Highly recommend!
