Great location, very helpfull staff, cleab rooms. provided additional cooling fan given the heat wave outside, able to store luggage for a small fee

Close to Chelsea. On good bus routes from the station and to Sloane Square
Rooms compact . Just enough space to move but that was all we needed really.

The breakfast was really good !
Well situated, short walk to westminister area. A bus just outside that links directly to amongst others British museum.
Quiet quarter, no traffic noise!
Comfortable beds.
Clean bathroom with sufficiently hot water.
Friendly personal, that also answered timely on messages (I communicated via messages on Booking...)
Very small room.
Some noise from neighbouring rooms(Not because they were noisy but sound travels easily between rooms...)

Great location and a friendly lady on the front desk.
The key machine at the hotel was out of order upon arrival, the lady on the front desk was therefore having to run up and down stairs to let people into their rooms. The shower control was stuck on very hot…. The extract in the bathroom didn’t work therefore the room was just filled with steam. The room was incredibly hot (weather so not the fault of the hotel) fan provided did not really provide much air movement.
