The location is perfect - a few steps from the Trafalgar Square, close to everything, including Charing Cross station. The room was large, comfortable with functional bathroom. Very clean. Cold water facilities on every floor. A fantastic huge, private lounge room, where you can relax with coffee and a book. Excellent staff.

The location was great! It was close to everything, including the Big Bus stop, Metro, and Trafalgar Square. The desk staff were friendly, and there’s free laundry on the 3rd floor for guests. It was nice being able to store our luggage until our room was ready.
The staff didn’t tell me about any of the amenities when I checked in. I found out the day before I left when I asked if there was a laundromat in the area.
