It was in the same building as my conference. Good location between the City and Westminster. The guys who got taxis were great and friendly. Illy cafe coffee very tasty. Oh and elevators were super fast. No waiting time.
Rooms dull, decor dull, huge long entrance before check in, poor signage, check in not fast, take my name, credit card and give me key. Stop messing around with email address, etc.
