    Check-in was great. Problem w my room and I inquired and was moved to top floor and a larger room. Staff were very helpful. Only issue is there’s no luggage stand.

    Great hotel, great location. The atmosphere in the hotel is exceptional. The reception and bay and lounge area was always buzzing and warm and very easy place to relax and catch up with friends. Highly recommend this hotel if staying in the area

    I have made my payment before checking into the hotel, however when I arrived ,the receptionist asked for my credit card as a deposit. After I checked out my hotel, I realised extra 200 pound was charged to my card. I immediately contacted the hotel and they admitted that they have made a mistake to double charge me. Although the double charges was refunded afterwards but I believe that the hotel should not charge my card without my consent as they are supposed to withhold 50 pound as a deposit only. I am glad I checked my credit card bill consistently, otherwise, I will be double charge without my consent. Quite a lousy management.
