Skip staying in this location and Mt Batur hike. Not worth it.

Beds were comfortable. Staff was nice (very young). Pool was nice and seemed clean. Nice view and grounds.

Wish I could give this place a good review. It’s in the middle of nowhere, nothing in walking distance so you feel isolated. No fridge to keep cold drinks which would have been an asset for an isolated location. Flies were unbearable. Can’t sit outside at all without being swarmed. No fault of the place, it’s the location surrounded by farm. Smelled of chicken manure and onion. The food at the restaurant takes a long time and not very good. The pasta was bad. No water pressure and hot water on occasion. No bed lamps. Sewage smell in bathroom. No shelf to put shower things, have to put on floor. No drivers come there so no Grab.

The girls where nice to us

A strong sewage smell in our room. Lots of flies, but that's normal with an onion plantation next door. Furthermore, the room wasn't hygienic. The doorknobs were dirty, as was the faucet. The faucet was also loose, and there was a loud noise from a machine in the cottage. We did not sleep at all because of the smell and loud noises. In the end, we requested a taxi, which cost us much more than the agreed-upon price. We paid five times more than a normal ride to the city center would have cost. I didn't want to leave a review because the staff were nice, but this was the last straw. To be ripped off like that in the end.

Breakfast very good. Staff really kind and friendly- nothing was too much trouble for them. They really cared and looked after us.

1 night stay

Everything was clean. The staff were friendly. The location is hidden with a decent view of the lake and farm fields. Each villa is really nice.

There was a bit of a smell coming from the drains in the bathroom. And the water pump for the pool was right behind the villa which was very annoying.

The outlook and surrounds within grounds were great. Good location for proximity to Mount Batur home. The grounds staff were very pleasant and helpful.

Perfect place to enjoy your stay with lake and mountain view

The view from the room is exceptional! You can see the lake and mountain view from the swimming pool. The villa is pretty small and so it felt very private (which is great!). Overall it was a nice experience to stay and I would recommend anyone this villa to stay around Kintamani area.

The bugs are very annoying. If you open the door/glass, the bugs will come into your room. The swimming pool was not being turned on 24/7 so there were insects on the water surface (but it was solved soon after the water pump was being turned on). But personally it's not a big deal.

Very relaxing.

The property was very quiet and relaxing. The pool was great and really clean. The views were amazing with the volcanos close by. The villas are on family property which is also farmed so it felt like being closer to Balinese culture than just being in a resort or something. We could actually watch the family preparing the land to plant the next crop of shallots.

The little village closest to the villas is not the nicest village I saw in Bali - there's a lot of rubbish on the streets and everywhere. There are really no facilities such as shops or restaurants within walking distance of the villas. However, there are other villages with restaurants etc just a few kilometres away which would be easy to reach with a scooter or car. We had all our meals at the villas, although options were a little limited, especially for vegetarians.

Perfect little spot to explore local villages and have access to tourist options also if wanted.

Great quiet local spot, the wonder down into the next village was stunning. Lovely quiet spot with some beautifuk scenery. Febry was fantastic, thank you!!

A little far from local warangs but renting a scooter is easy. Food at the restaurant was also easy option.

I think that the place looked nice outside. The staff was also super friendly and amazing!

The sink was not draining properly and it kept collecting water. The showers had minimal to no hot water which was really painful especially since it was raining during the duration I was there. There were also a lot of insects and it was very stuffy in the room :(

The place has not seen proper maintenance in years: taps half broken, toilet not flushing properly, paint peeling off, doors not closing well. It is sad because the place has so much potential. Food is ok-ish, the fish is really good, the rest I would not repeat.

Good experience at Mount Batur villa

Stay is located near Batur lake. Facility is small with 4 or 5 cottages. Relatively new facility. Food was very good. Febri served us food with taste and care. Ari who manages the facility arranged us travel and all other help required. Overall had a good experience

Rooms interiors can be better. Access to the facility is narrow.

Didn’t like much about the property.

Dirty, rusty plumbing. Many things in my room was broken and needed repair. Too many insects. Dirt/mud road leading to the premises.

Nice staff, small quaint compound.

1. No air conditioning 2. No refrigerator 3. No running hot water 4. No security box 5. Everything is rusted, broken or both: faucets are rusting and loose, toilet paper roll holder is broken, showers are rusting, bathroom tile grout is visibly molding, closet doors are missing, drawer handles missing, closet and drawers are dirty, front door lock doesn’t function properly. 6. Dead flies and other bugs are everywhere.
