Great service, food and mountain views (clouds permitting).

The friendliness of the staff was a great feature. There was a lot of variety of food - the breakfasts were delicious with fresh fruit and many Indonesian and European choices for breakfast. No problem if you are lactose intolerant. The choice of evening meals was more extensive. The bedrooms were large and comfortable with a mountain view. The pool was great with a view of Mount Agung.The massage and meditation options were a good bonus.

Stunning views, professional staff and good service But do not expect much eateries around this area

The Mountain View Was magnificent and the room was clean. Free tea was provided each day. The surroundings of the hotel was so peaceful with Stunning views of Mount Agung and Mount Batur. Staff was really helpful one of them suggested the places to be around this area. They also removed the lizard from the room upon our request. Make sure to get Grab/Gojek for tours as it will be far more cheaper than what the hotel will offer you.

The restaurant was not good especially at dinner times, We were literally hungry since the morning and had to sleep empty stomach. We ordered main course and desserts and they brought the desserts before the main course. The dessert also contained Ice cream. When we asked them to wait for the dessert as first we wanted to have our dinner. They took it away and brought the main course in which one item's meat was so chewy that we had to send it back and the way they fixed it was beyond our comprehension that they put the same meat on the bread instead of baguette as if the issue was with the baguette. Anyways at the time of desserts, they served the same thing with melted ice cream. We did not touch it and sent it back and thus we had to sleep empty stomach. We were refunded for that though.

A nice hotel with a view to the volcano

A very nice hotel with great view to the volcano. The pool is really nice, the view astonishing, and food in restaurant really good. The rooms are nice, not too huge, but just right. But if you want privacy you need to keep your courtins closed :)

The hotel is a bit far away from a major town, but if you need basic shopping or so - one can walk to a night market or a shop - it is a 15 minutes walk. It's not possible to get a grab there, but the hotel organizes transport if it is needed.

Stunning property and view!!

Absolutely stunning! I often think back to how beautiful this hotel’s view was. The mornings were so peaceful, the staff was super friendly, and the beds were comfy. I would TOTALLY stay again.

Dissapointed by the additional/hidden costs

Nice view, towels at the pool and friendly staff. Pick-up and drop-off went smooth and were punctual.

Food at the restaurant could certainly be improved. Lots of choice but some strange flavours/tastes. The hotel misses charm. No place to lounge except for the room or swimming pool. We felt scammed with our tour. We did mount batur via a Jeep, initially we were told 780k per person. The morning of departure it became 900k (they gave us the wrong price via Whatsapp) and while checking out it turned into 1.25 million because of tax and additional service charges which were NOT mentioned before the tour. All expenses at this hotel were excluding these chargers, in the restaurant they were mentioned. We needed to catch our flight so not much to be done about it. Would NOT stay here again.

Not worth it.

The view of the volcano was stunning and the pool area was nice.

2 different standard rooms we got smelled strongly like mold and had mold stains on walls and the ceiling, especially in the bathroom. Because of that we were upgraded to a bungalow which was fine but also had some moist stains on the walls but no smell or visible mold. Many other reviews of standard rooms have also been upgraded based on the added photos so don't get fooled by their good reviews. The breakfast was only a buffet sometimes and most of the time A-la-Carte with set menus without any flexibility.

The view of Mt Agung was stunning. The pool was excellent and the room very comfortable. Breakfast was good but prices for food were a little on the high side.

Amazing views, high quality landscaping, super friendly and helpful staff and very comfortable rooms. We were made to feel extremely welcome from the moment we arrived. Would happily return to this lovely hotel.

Comfortable

All the staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The view from the hotel was superb—although it was a bit cloudy during our visit, it still offered a beautiful backdrop. We also had a wonderful time on our day trip to Sang Hyang Dedari; it was a memorable experience filled with stunning scenery and cultural charm.

There were noticeable marks on the walls, possibly due to humidity, though it's hard to say for certain. While they didn’t affect our overall comfort, they were a bit distracting and could benefit from some maintenance

Best view Mount Agung 👌

I liked the view the most. Amazing scenery par up to lahangan sweet or even besakih. I couldn't see Mount agung at besakih temple due to the weather, then when woken up to the most amazing backdrop of Mount Agung. Bed comfortable, water super hot and great pressure, super clean which I like. Cotton bed robes and safety box to put my stuff when I walk around traditional market, but basically, people are nice and considered safe anyway. Market food was tasty, cheap, and fresh at 3pm when we were there. Close to express laundry place Miss Ratna was checking up on us if we needed anything every day, which was sweet of her. We were lucky the receptionist was able to drop us to the massage place close to the hotel. Great service from all staff overall, restaurant food was really tasty mix of international food and local cuisine. I chose all local flavours, and being Indonesian, i can attest they have the best taste in this region. Breakfast is plenty and very good you won't get bored plenty of choices, "Experience Breakfast " is the best IMHO. I love they put Marigold everywhere, on the table, on the stairs, in the room with Pandan Leaves (room smelling great) and local fruits, which is a nice touch and make it even more beautiful Thank you for our stay!

The view is spectacular. Being able to get up in the morning, open the curtain, and see Mount Agung - in peace and quiet - that alone was worth the stay. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the staff were friendly, inviting, and helpful.

Adjusting the temperature in the shower was very difficult. It felt like it fluctuated a lot back and forth and made it challenging to be comfortable while showering.

Luxurious and tranquil paradise

This was a gorgeous place, I recommend anyone considering booking accommodation in this area to come here. It was very clean, the view from our room was amazing, and the customer service was warm and exceptionally fast and responsive. I really couldn’t believe how amazing the customer service was, to be honest. I’m a dance enthusiast, and ended up having two free Balinese dance lessons with one of the staff, which I totally hadn’t expected but were easily the highlight of the visit, truly really special. I also had a massage one evening, very affordable and enjoyable. The staff were fantastic about organising drivers for day trips for us. The area is rather away from the usual tourist things (apart from Pura Besakih, which is very close) and I’m afraid the roads are terrible and it made journeys very slow. I would however recommend going for a walk down the road to a local swimming spot serviced by waterfalls; I wish we’d discovered on day one! Come here if you are looking for tranquillity and first rate customer service.

Perfect hide away in nature

This place is paradise, beautiful location with direct view to the Volcano. We loved it so much we stayed 1 more night. I would come back again! Nice comfortable room, very good breakfast, very good pool area, peaceful athmosphere, quiet nights. If you dont mind to be away and be with nature, its perfect to relax after or before your next destination.

View of Mount Agung. Clean and Relaxing.

The location is as close as perfect if your goal is to view Mount Agung from the comfort of your accommodation! Better luck in the morning during sunrise time to view Mount Agung. The pool and poolside meets the brief and never gets too packed during my stay there. Size of room is big and comfortable, and the showers are hot.

Far and slightly secluded. If you do not drive you will need to take a taxi there which can cost quite a bit, and there is an inertia to explore outside the resort so you end up just staying in. That will be fine if there were more activities available in the resort. Although there is a basic list it is not readily advertised in the room and I had to ask for it. I opted for the massage but the room is quite make-shift so the ambience is not perfect although the massage was okay.

Hidden gem in Bali and panoramic access to Mount Agung

The best decision is to stay here. 1) The view is Amazing. Mount Agung is so majestic. Early in the morning, there was not a single cloud. 2) The rooms are super comfortable, bright and spacious 3) The staff is super accommodating. They found me a taxi to get back to the city and made sure my luggage was loaded. Walked 1,5 hours to the Besakih temple from the hotel. the scenery is just wonderful.

At dinner there could be a lot of flying bugs attracted to the lights which made me eat one time at my own room. Internet sometimes dropped away, but not a big thing. Very little downside experienced while staying at this wonderful place.
