Be aware of the location.

We had trouble reaching the hotel due to the extremely steep hill leading to it – our rental car couldn't make it. To make matters worse, the reception wasn't very helpful over the phone in providing alternative solutions or guidance. Despite explaining the situation, we were unable to cancel our reservation and weren't offered a refund. It would be beneficial if the hotel description included details about accessibility challenges and potential limitations for vehicles, so guests can plan accordingly.

Do you want a hard to access, full of dust, cold water hotel? Search no more! Terrible experience

I would never ever go back. There was nothing I enjoyed. This must be one of the worst "hotel" experiences.

Firstly, this is NOT A 4-STAR HOTEL. It's a house made "hotel"; finding it was quite complicated, they sent us the location, and send us to another place, not far, but since the "hotel" is on a hill, was very challenging. Second, the woman at front desk "proposed" to us to cancel our booking with Booking.com, so we could benefit from more stuff (like a breakfast that was $150 and an expensive massage discount). I told them no, and to continue with my booking. Then, the woman proceeded to add taxes and another tax and a commission for using my card. NO HOT WATER. We arrived at 2 am and my nephew took a shower. Water was cold, we thought maybe it was the time (although in a 4 Stars hotel this shouldn't happen), and I tried to shower at 11 am... WARM water lasted, clock on hand, a bit under 2 minutes. NO SECURITY. They didn't give us a key of the property, only the room key, saying at any time they were going to open for us. They didn't. The door wasn't locked, and we could get into our room, but it's DANGEROUS!!! Nobody awake, no locks, terrible. DUST EVERYWHERE and dead bugs. I got home from my trip with inflammation cause by dust allergy. The coffee maker was so so so dirty; we tried rinsing it because I was dying for a coffee (this "hotel" is very hard to access, so no coffee shops around), and even the offered coffee tasted old. ZERO PRIVACY. We had the room immediately next to Front desk, so they could hear ABSOLUTELY everything, I felt watched.

Not worth it, not clean, not prepared to receive guests!

Not much to like about this place!

Location and parking are difficult to access, reception by staff (or lack thereof), cleanliness (or lack thereof), the overall appearance of the grounds seemed as though it wasn't ready to receive guests, and value (way overpriced)!

Dont waste your enegry

The room was nice but that was the limit of this stays "good"

The staff were absent and inattentive to guests. They are tricky with their pricing that doesnt match what it says online. They are currently under construction and they fail to disclose that huge fact on their website. Dining and room service are so far below standard i dont understand why they waste their time or the guests. At night they lock guests in and provide no exit. In the morning we had to message the manager to exit the property and had to crawl over the wall or be late for tour.

El tamaño de la habitación es muy amplio, tiene lo necesario, muy buena atención y amabilidad, el lugar es bastante tranquilo, se puede descansar muy bien

Los escalones que dan desde la habitación hacia la sala son un poco peligrosos. Algunos detalles de limpieza podrían mejorar y las porciones de shampoo y jabón podrían ser más grandes y considerando el número de personas que se hospedan

El tamaño de la habitación

El costo, no es el de la app , cobraron más y además cobran un 6%+ por pagar con tarjeta, atentos aqui no soy el unico al que se la aplicaron, la dueña habla prepotente, sus hijos atienden muy bien, todo tiene un costo extra, el aire acondicionado no lo controlas tu cómo huésped, lo controlan ellos, literal solo lo dejan prendido 1 hora y lo apagan, si buscas una habitación con clima no lo recomiendo, está un poco confuso llegar, el espacio de la habitación es grande. Si tienen la oportunidad de ir a este hotel desaprovechenla, no se los recomiendo, por el precio hay hoteles con mejor hubicacion y mas servicios, reitero reservamos para aprovechar el uso del clima y fue nefasto este servicio, creo que la aplicacion devria de decir que no cuentan con este.

La decoración es muy buena, hay puertas que no abren y es raro, pero en general bien.

El clima no lo prendes directamente tu, se tiene que pedir a recepción para que lo enciendan, aparte del impuesto o los cargos extras que hace la app, al llegar te piden también que pagues el mismo extra, cuando ya se pagó y ningún alojamiento hace eso.

La ubicación me parece que es un tanto escondida, y desayuno no tuvimos pues nos parecía que no había servicio en el restaurante.

No nos gusto que se sentía un lugar solo había material que estaban usando para algunas reparaciones, lo que daba la impresión de que estuviera en remodelación y no es una buena imagen.

Ist es der Jakuzzi intransparente Preise wert?

Man kann Essen aufs Zimmer bestellen, es gibt viele extra Services wie zum Beispiel Kaminfeuer, Massagen, Dampfbad etc. der Jacuzzi war top.

Mir wurden vor Ort 200 MXN mehr als vereinbart abgerechnet. In Rücksprache mit den Verantwortlichen des Hotels wurde kein vernünftiger Grund genannt, sondern 45 Minuten auf mich eingeredet und über Booking geschimpft. Den anderen Kommentaren zu Folge scheint das wohl die gängige Masche des Hotels zu sein um mehr Geld abzurechnen. Damit ich keine Probleme bekomme, habe ich den Mund gehalten, aber ich habe ,ich sehr unwohl im Hotel gefühlt. Abgesehen davon ist das Nachbarzimmer durch zwei Fenster mit dem Zimmer verbunden und sehr hellhörig. Im Dezember war es eiskalt im Zimmer,

Personal de estafa, mala atención por la señora mayor ya que al hacer el pago me dijeron que no fue reflejado y que era problema de mi banco, y antes de hacer la transferencia pedi que verificaran los datos para que no hubiera ningún error, esto fue verificado y a pesar de eso me cobraron una noche de más, de igual manera una exigencia golpeada y a la vez pesada
