The front desk staff as well as restaurant staff were very attentive.

I had to wake up too early in Saturday and Sunday because the housekeeping staff were too noisy. I put outside the door Do not disturb tag and a lady knocked my door anyway. I love to wake up late on weekends.

La actidud de las chicas de recepcion. no tienen la amabilidad me parece que uno quisiera encontrarse. y lleve a mis dos perritos, me marcaron a la habitacion para decirme que no me cobraron el cargo de los perros asi que teneia que bajar pagar o no me daban las llaves de mi coche! asi o mas amenasa? ademas el desayuno bufete muy triste, mal presentado, no tenia buen sason y el restauran mal distribuido ademas que se percibe ya viejo .

Nada, no hay nada notable que valga la pena resaltar

Nada me gustó, desde un inicio a pesar de ser socio FAVC me asignaron una pésima habitación, tuve que pedir me la cambiaran, olía a pura humedad y el piso de madera laminada ya se estaba levantando, que de seguro de ahí venía el olor, el desayuno muy simple y pagar $400 para que lo único que pareciera apetecible fueran huevos, como que no va por ése costo, el estacionamiento abarrotado de carros, apenas y pude acomodarlo bien pegado a otro auto y junto a un equipo o algo que tenían ahí tapado, el shampoo y gel de baño corrientes, cambiaron de marca y fue para peor, no ponen acondicionador, la crema corporal fatal, etc... Es una lástima ya que he estado en otros Fiesta Inn y están mucho mejor y mejor servicio.

Siempre falla el elevador. llevo años hospedando en el hotel y siempre hay problemas con el elevador. Adicional siempre estan tocando la puerta para pedir hacer la limpieza del cuarto desde temprano cuando uno va a descansar

Pues creo que la habitacion que es muy amplia asi como la cama y almohadas fueron muuy buenas y por ultimo creo que el personal fue amable

Creo que la locación es buena solo que no hay mucho para salir a caminar, pero creo que es bastante buena si vas en auto ya que llegas rápido a todos lados.

La habitación y el desayuno son confortables.

La comida del menú, creo que podrían mejorar, he comido en otros lugares en Xalapa por el mismo costo y es mejor el alimento y en cantidad. Otra cosa, la entrada es pésima, para una persona con poca movilidad, no es conveniente, me toco ver a carros derrapar para subir el acceso para dejar a huéspedes.

Agua estancada en la tina.

Fuimos a un torneo y el hotel estaba muy bien ubicado. El personal amable, la comida rica, la habitación en general limpia.

Tanto en el desagüe de la tina como del lavamanos, el agua se iba lento. Sobre todo en el de la tina, se quedaba estancada, lo cual resulta antihigiénico e incómodo, además de que éramos 4 en la habitación, aún peor.

Gran estancia, agradable personal.

El personal muy amable, me hospedé junto con mi familia y todo muy agradable, hasta me dejaron tomarme unas fotos por mi boda, fue bastante agradable.

Lo único que no me encantó fue la iluminación del cuarto, siento que no esta del todo iluminado, no sé si pudieran cambiar a unas luces que alumbren más pero fuera de eso, todo bastante bien.
