I like this property because is conveniently located across from Hospital Angeles. Unfortunately there are always details. In this trip both USB connections next to the bed were not working and the smoke detector was missing.

Great hotel in a convenient and safe location. Check in was friendly though it had a setback. Room wasn't ready. The General Manager promptly took care of the situation. The Jr suite was great , allowed me to work from one room while the kids could play in the other room. Spotlessly clean and roomy. The bathroom was a bit cramped, but usable. Nice big TVs, but the cable interface was dated and slow. The public areas were spacious and attractive. The pool and gym area are outdated but usable. Time for some big Reno's . the general manager and staff are outstanding

This hotel in Xalapa is conveniently located right as you enter the center of the city. It is close to restaurants and shopping. The hotel itself has excellent service, the staff is genuine and willing to help despite my lack of Spanish. The restaurant has excellent food, get the fruit plate, you won’t be disappointed.
