A dress was stolen from the room

The bedrooms has a big size and comfortable space.

Beautiful views and awesome food, but somewhat overpriced.

The food was fantastic. The bed was comfortable. Lenin the waiter was Amazing.

The place was Super understaffed…we had to wait to be let in or out of the hotel, sometimes ringing the bell for more than 5 minutes. While many details of the decor suggested a mid-budget remodel of an old place, the keys for the rooms were super old school. And while the rain and plants everywhere are a huge part of the charm, the wet floors by the stairs going to the suites are super unsafe. The hotel is fine and is comfortable and the location is nice if you have a car, but we have payed less money for Far nicer hotels in Mexico.

Staff very kind but room facilities not ok

I liked a lot the staff that are so helpful and kind. It was raining a lot and they care to myself and my baby boy getting into the car to not get soaked. Also the restaurant area is so beautiful.

The shower and the bathtub do not get hot water.... just a little bit of warm water that comes and goes.... like I HATE COLD WATER TO BATH.... can you imagine bathing and having on your back cold water, then warm, then cold again... I complain and staff said it is like this due to the restrict water tank that is not continuously hot, and even this they pay a lot of gas bill (and what is my problem in this point??? I pay to have confort not my problem the gas bill)..... this explain my frustration.. and it was not clean the bathtub.... lot of hair from someone else and dirty things on that.. uacala!!!! And also the room is too small, not save for a kid (the drawers of the furnitures opens alone 🥺) and also the queen bed does not seems to be one, super small... and the air conditioning is portable... in general, high expectation, low happiness.

Beautiful boutique hotel with terrific restaurant

This is a beautiful little boutique hotel, with unique one of a kind rooms. The bed was exceptionally comfortable. The food in the hotel restaurant is outstanding, and reasonably priced, in the afternoon and the evening and the service is amazing. The pizza is not to be missed and I had one of the best steaks ever here. So tender, you wold not need teeth to chew. We really thought the staff were incredible. From the bartender, Alfredo, to the cleaning personnel. Our room was beautifully prepared everyday. Kudos on this. Lots of small places to work and hang out in the public areas so you don't feel trapped in your room. This is also a pet friendly hotel. We don't have an animal, but we loved the owners' dogs.

The music or MUZAK! Too loud, particularly if you are in a room like ours which is close to the restaurant. We should have insisted more, but it can be awkward when you are guest. The safe is a little small. But honestly nothing terrible to complain about. Would stay here again.

Me encanta todo el concepto, me hospedo desde hace más de 10 años en su hotel. Es un verdadero lugar de descanso.

Las tinas de hidromasaje en las habitaciones complican ducharse. Si pisas mal en banquito que te ayuda a entrar puedes sufrir un accidente.

Cama matrimonial esperaba king o Queen, porque no sabía si mi hija fuera alojarse. Ya me había alojado anteriormente y esperaba que la habitación fuera como las anteriores, pero el anuncio de “oferta” navideña hicieron que reservara una habitación que en relación costo-beneficio esta bien, pero no era lo que esperaba. El desayuno que ofrecen es demasiado ridículo con reglas como el NO Refill de café

Buen lugar para despejarse sin embargo esperaba más por el precio

Me gustó que el lugar es aparentemente pequeño, no hay mucho contacto con otros huéspedes, la ubicación está céntrica, abajo del hotel hay un establecimiento de abarrotes y bebidas, muy cerca de la zona universitaria. La comida tenía buen sabor, la alberca no estaba tan concurrida y la habitación muy limpia y con todo lo necesario para una estancia cómoda.

Esperaba más del desayuno, considero que los desayunos incluidos dentro del hospedaje dejaron mucho que desear, es a la carta pero solo te dan opciones muy simples, fue tardada la preparación y no nos llenamos.

Le grand appartement confortable, la beauté du restaurant et des salons bars.

-Une vieille dame arrogante qui s’est mêlée à une conversation problématique à la réception de l’hôtel. Elle avait un bureau dans le hall sans travailler directement pour l’hôtel. Elle était arrogante et compliquait les choses et la réceptionniste l’a laissé faire. -Une odeur d’humidité très forte dans l’appartement (justement la source du problème pour lequel nous voulions avoir $10 can. de rabais et la vieille dame s’en ai mêlé. Demande qui fut refusé. -Impossibilité de voir ou parler directement à un membre de la direction. Nous avons dû parler uniquement à la réceptionniste et la vieille dame déplaisante. -Impossible de parler en anglais (ni français) avec quelqu’un. -Aucune assiette, verre, tasse, ustensiles fourni dans la cuisine. Rien pour cuisiner malgré la présence d’un four à gaz et frigo. -Mauvais signal Wi-Fi à la piscine. -Très peu de chaise longue et de parasols à la piscine.
