Nicely comfortable and quiet hotel slightly up the hill from downtown Xalapa, convenient location.

perfect location to explore the city. Covered parking. Great views from top floor terrace/lounge. Clean. Hospitable staff, language barriers notwithstanding. Comfortable beds, AC units cope well with the heat.

No hot water available anymore after early evening until well into mid-morning. So no nice warm shower after a day of exploring the city in the heat. This went on for the duration of my stay. Reasons seem to be technical and affecting all of the property. Should be temporary.

Ubicación, trato del personal tanto de la noche como del día, servicio, desayuno y cena en restaurante sabroso y no caro.

la habitación la cabecera tronaba cada que me movía, la pared tenia humedad, el agua se salía del lugar de la regadera y el edredón blanco tenía una mancha obscura grande, como de aceite o algo así. La pantalla esta chica, no muy relevante este último comentario.

La ubicación en el barrio mágico de Xalictic. La habitación daba a la calle y a pesar de ser el centro, no fue ruidoso. Muy limpio, el agua, la regadera funciona bien.

La nstalacion es acogedor, todo esta muy limpio, usan papel higiénico de calidad buena, es céntrico y muy tranquilo. Tiene una terraza para poder disfrutar al aire libre el familia.

Hotel en Xalapa

La ubicación es muy centrica, en el corazó de Xalapa, la habitación estaba en buen estado y limpia, el clima funcionaba, el internet también y aunque solo lo use para pasar la noche lo recomiendo para una estancia corta en la ciudad.

No habia agua caliente en el baño y no habia ventanas, aunque no estuve en el dia en la habitación si no creo que entre luz natural al cuarto que me toco

Excelente opción en el Centro de Xalapa

Excelente hotel con una ubicación inmejorable, justo donde empieza el centro, así que se puede recorrer caminando sin problemas. Las instalaciones son buenas, habitaciones limpias y cómodas y el personal muy amable •.

Había una familia con varios niños gritando y corriendo por los pasillos una de las noches de nuestra estancia (eran alrededor de las 12am). Hablé a recepción pero el personal no hizo nada al respecto. Deberían de tener reglas más claras y estrictas en cuanto a los horarios de descanso y de ruido.

El estacionamiento es demasiado pequeño e insuficiente, además de que no tienen el cuidado de los vehículos que ya tienen, o que llegan primero, que a mí parecer tienen preferencia, ya que cuando llegue anotaron mi vehículo con mi espacio de estacionamiento y no había muchos huéspedes Al segundo día salí temprano e ingresaron nuevos huéspedes y cuando regrese en la tarde todo estaba lleno y ya no tenía mi lugar de estacionamiento.
