Great location; cold rooms.

The room was spacious, quiet from street noise and well-equipped. Beds were comfortable; location was great.

While it appeared that there was heat available in the building, it was never turned on. Our room was very cold, and there were no space heaters available. The only thing they could offer us were extra blankets. Additionally, there were problems with the wifi, as well as thin walls between rooms.

Overall good, but could be better to be on the chain's level

Soft and clean bed; great Wi-Fi, stable and of good connection; bathroom facilities are as expected, though nothing special.

Breakfast is poor, e.g. only three ingredients to make a cereals mix; no tea as is, only manzanilla or lemon; no local food like chilaquiles.

Hotel was clean and room was quiet. Staff were pleasant. Breakfast was good.

We stayed for five days and no one at the main desk spoke English. We expected an international hotel to have bilingual staff. Melissa , one of your employees who works in the breakfast area, speaks excellent English and has experience in the hospitality industry. She has a very pleasant personality and would be an asset to the hotel if she was promoted. She helped to make our stay a success.

Lovely stay!!

The room was huge, clean and comfortable. The hotel is located in the center of all the action in downtown. Close to restaurants, the main cathedral, the park where to see the best view of Pico de Orizaba. Much more!!!

Fantastic location right next to the main sqauare. Very comfortable bed. Good breakfast.

Unfortunately my stay started badly as after I booked booking.com suggested I upgrade to a room with a balcony - which I did. But none of the rooms at the hotel have balconies. The hotel asked me to send screen shots but didn’t do anything about it. They also told me the advertised gym was closed - but after I argued they let me use it. And actually my room was large and comfortable with spectacular views (when the fog cleared for a couple of hours) over the city towards the mountains.

Such a great surprise in Xalapa.

Staff was very helpful and seemed to enjoy they work. Rooms were spacious and clean. Locations was excellent, near to several attractions such as cafés, restaurants, plazas, and parks. Breakfast was complimentary and, as you could expect, it is not the gastronomic experience of your dreams it does the job of getting you through the morning.

Maybe because of the Covid19 pandemic, the gym only had cardio machines and not a single dumbell. It was spotless clean and guest had to make a reservation to ensure social distancing but it could use more variety and newer equipment.
