The hot breakfast was very good. Parking was convenient. There was some accommodation for wheelchair.
No handicap accessible room with a king sized bed. The access to the hotel itself was weird, because it was above the street level.

The room was spacious, quiet from street noise and well-equipped. Beds were comfortable; location was great.
While it appeared that there was heat available in the building, it was never turned on. Our room was very cold, and there were no space heaters available. The only thing they could offer us were extra blankets. Additionally, there were problems with the wifi, as well as thin walls between rooms.

Soft and clean bed; great Wi-Fi, stable and of good connection; bathroom facilities are as expected, though nothing special.
Breakfast is poor, e.g. only three ingredients to make a cereals mix; no tea as is, only manzanilla or lemon; no local food like chilaquiles.

Breakfast was great
The lights were too dimmed and room service forgot to put toilet paper in our room. I had to go ask for it twice.
