Wohnung gut ausgestattet, aber viele Nachteile: Steuer für Kind falsch berechnet, keine Reaktion vom Büro, sehr früher C
Wohnung mit Renovierung und mit allem Notwendigen für einen komfortablen Aufenthalt.
Die Agentur hat die Steuer auch für ein 5-jähriges Kind berechnet; auf unsere Bitte, das Geld zurückzuerstatten, erfolgte keine Reaktion. Der Check-out ist mit 10 Uhr sehr früh. Unsere Anfrage nach einem Babybett wurde ignoriert. Die Schlüssel müssen im Büro abgeholt und zurückgegeben werden – ein sehr veralteter Serviceansatz, bei dem man sich in der Hochsaison lange Warteschlangen vorstellen kann. Zudem gab es unterschiedliche Beträge bei der Reservierung auf Booking und der tatsächlichen Zahlung. Die Zahlung erfolgte per Banküberweisung, was ebenfalls nicht sehr kundenfreundlich ist
