Die Lage der Apartments ist sehr zentral, egal, ob man zum Meer will, ins Zentrum oder zum Bahnhof. Sowohl Buchung als auch Schlüsselübergabe waren komplikationslos. Auf Sonderwünsche wird schnell und unbürokratisch eingegangen und eine Lösung vorgeschlagen. Das Apartment selbst ist in gutem Zustand, es ist alles da, was man braucht für eventuelle Selbstversorgung. Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt und kann eine Buchung gern weiterempfehlen.

Die Lage war sehr gut, sodass man alles zu Fuß erreichen konnte. Der Check-In ist flexibel und sehr einfach gestaltet.
Die Unterkunft ist sehr hellhörig, sodass man die Gäste über uns deutlich gehört hat. Auch Schritte und deren Toiletten-Gänge waren sehr laut. Es wirkt in die Jahre gekommen und das ein oder andere Möbelstück sollte man austauschen. Unsere Meinung nach ist das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis unausgewogen. Die Rostock-Card wird einem aufgezwungen und wir haben Sie gar nicht nutzen können bzw. benötigt.

Gute Lage im Ort. Tiptop sauber.
War alles soweit schon okay. Die Wohnung sind schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen und sehr einfacher Standard. Kacheln im Bad überpinselt etc. Aber sonst alles sehr sauber und freundlich. Ein falscher Code führte zu Problemen, auf die anfangs wenig professionell reagiert wurde, hat dann aber doch noch geklappt, als eine kompetente nette Frau sich dem angenommen hat. In Summe durchaus zu empfehlen.
