    I'm not satisfied and don't recommend this apartment to others!
    Location!
    I am very sorry, but just a terrible attitude from the homeowner and the contact person. Does not answer calls, sms and emails at all. I still not receive Invoice! Didn't issue a check for the parking payment we paid in cash! Not recommended!

    Top Lage
    Tolle Unterkunft in top Lage. Der Strand ist fußläufig in ein paar Minuten zu erreichen, die Restaurants auch und dennoch ist es sehr ruhig. Die Unterkunft sieht genauso aus wie auf den Fotos. Unkompliziertet check in und out.

    Warnemünde ist immer eine Reise wert.
    Die Lage der Wohnung ist unschlagbar. Sehr zentral und trotzdem ruhig. Die Einrichtung war sehr schön. Man hat sich sehr wohlgefühlt.
    Leider war der Empfang so unfreundlich , wie ich es noch nie erlebt habe. Wir sind am Karfreitag angereist und ich hatte bei Booking Ankunftszeit 15.00-16.00Uhr eingegeben. Wir standen dann viel im Stau, da änderte ich diese noch mal um eine Stunde später. Dann wurde Autobahn auf Grund eines Unfalls gesperrt und es verzögerte sich noch mal . Wir waren 18.10Uhr vor Ort. Ich rief den Kontakt an , wo mir eine sehr unfreundliche Stimme mitteilte , es wäre jetzt zu spät, es ist 18.00Uhr vorbei und ob ich nicht wüsste was für ein Tag ist. Ich hätte Glück das er noch in Warnemünde ist . Da kommt er noch mal zurück. Bei Schlüsselübergabe war er so unfreundlich und genervt . Das ging gar nicht!! Die Unterkunft war lange im Vorraus bezahlt und somit konnte man davon ausgehen das wir auch kommen . Meine Telefonnummer war auch hinterlegt. Ich erklärte auch noch mal , das ich meine Ankunftszeit bei Booking geändert hatte, worauf er mich anblaffte ,das es 48h dauert bis das weitergeleitet wird. Dafür kann ich aber nichts. Er hat sich nicht verabschiedet, keinen schönen Aufenthalt gewünscht oder schöne Ostern. Das war wirklich sehr unprofesionell .
