Einfach alles, ein großzügiges, modern und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Appartement in zentraler Lage was keine Wünsche offen ließ.
Es gab nichts zu bemängeln.

Super schöne Lage, direkt am alten Strom ( 5 geh Minuten) Toller Blick auf die Altstadt von Warnemünde aus jedem Fenster. Sehr sauber Ferienwohnung, wenn auch kleine Abnutzungen zu sehen waren. Freundlicher Vermieter- vielen Dank nochmal für die spätere Abreise, ohne Aufpreis! Viele Restaurants und Möglichkeiten etwas zu unternehmen, auch im Winter. Top!
Leider waren die Matratzen sehr unbequem. Müssten mal erneut werden. Pfannen könnten auch ausgetauscht werden.

- Gute Lage direkt am Kirchenplatz, in der Nähe von edeka und Gastronomie - ca 10 Minuten Fußweg zum Alten Strom und Strand - 2 Bäder - hochwertige Ausstattung
- Toilettenbrille (Unterseite) bei beiden WC nicht sauber - beide Duschwände schmutzig (s. Foto) - In beiden Duschen Schimmel in den Fugen (s. Foto) - vorderes Bad:in Dusche ist Wasser schlecht abgelaufen, Abfluss hat gegluckert - hintere Bad: hat nach Abfluss gerochen (trotz Benutzung) - dadurch hat auch das hintere Schlafzimmer schlecht gerochen - hintere Bad: Wandheizkörper hat nicht funktioniert - WLAN quasi nicht vorhanden, es war so schlecht, dass es das Netzwerk meistens noch nicht mal als verfügbar angezeigt hat. Wenn man sich einloggen konnte, so reichte es nur um kurz Nachrichten zu checken, bevor man wieder raus fiel. Streaming war gar nicht mgl - Fernseher hinteres Schlafzimmer hatte grünen Streifen auf allen Sendern - Kein Radio vorhanden, auf Fernseher nur ein Radiosender verfügbar (80 80 = Musik 80 Jahre), Sendersuchlauf am Fernseher gesperrt, da das Internet nur schlecht funktionierte, konnte man auch über das Handy nur schlecht Radio hören - Baustelle direkt vorm Haus (siehe Fotos) - dafür kann natürlich auch der Vermieter nichts, aber es gab im Vorfeld keine Info über die Baustelle Fazit: Wir haben für 8 Nächte über 2000 Euro bezahlt ohne Parkplatz - wir hatten in der Vergangenheit bereits wesentlich schönere Fewo an der Ostsee zu einem günstigeren Preis. Hätten wir im Vorfeld von der Baustelle gewusst, hätten wir diese Fewo nicht gebucht. Insgesamt würden wir die Fewo nicht wieder buchen.
