Complete kitchen set but furniture are outdated

complete appliances, amazing neighborhood, big space

for some weird reason out of all the apartments, two staff decided to go inside my apartment to "measure the kitchen" which was soooo weird for me. also it's true what they say here that the pieces of furniture are outdated. walls are thin i could hear people's conversations downstairs

Bad place, but customer service ignores your requests. It is very stuffy, smells of poisoning, and it is impossible to feel safe and private in this apartment.

Horrible place! which deceives clients, providing an apartment of much smaller area. and instead of a terrace there are doors to the street without a lock, which anyone can enter from the street. you can't leave anything valuable there and you can't feel safe. It stinks terribly of grass in the entrance. strange people constantly leave for the house, most likely they sell illegal substances there. and they all walk past your hall, which doesn't even have curtains to close off from the view of the street and the double doors don't have a locking mechanism...(

Luxurious short stay

The apartment was well maintained, equipped and beautiful. It felt very luxurious. Master bath was exceptional!

The location was kind of far from the city center. One of the bathroom had terrible cigarette smell. Informed the owner, they said someone will come next day and clean it but no one came.

Disappointing from start to finish

Quiet! Nice shower although sliding door into bedroom not ideal and not very private.

Very basic and uncomfortable apartment. There has been no thought put into these apartments. Difficult to chill and relax here; cheap furnishings and bedding and no coffee, tea or any kind of refreshments provided. Very disappointing that we couldn’t even make a drink on arrival. Our room had a terrace that was separated from the neighbours by a few bushes. No privacy! There is no staff on site so you are literally messaging and calling staff in a call centre who have no idea where you are or what the property looks like. We had conflicting information each time we called. Bit far out of town but Tram 7 is about a 5 minute walk away. Overnight parking in the garage for 2 nights will set you back a whopping CHF68!!! There is one space available to book outside just to the side of the garage for CHF54. There is no option to park on street as it is all residential permit holders only. Think twice about booking this place. Would not recommend or book again.

Short, Beautiful visit - not too shabby accommodation 🤟🏼

Modern style, clean, minimalistic. Quiet, safe location yet not too far from lake nor city center.

Could be better furnished; many appliances in kitchen (inc coffee maker & dishwasher) but no coffee, cleaning detergent nor even basic salt, pepper. Fridge was completely empty (no bottled water, butter, milk…) 1 sink in master bathroom not functional Claimed 3 beds, but 3rd bed is really just a leather sofa, not pull out sofa bed, so not very comfortable. It was also extremely hot, ~30’s C, abnormal June heatwave in Europe) & with no ac and only 2 small fans we were very uncomfortable. 🥲 Zürich is a beautiful town however & we did enjoy our visit

Good location. Terrible rooms, building is not as advertised.

Exposed flooring upon entry, jagged, hazardous edges of the wood and concrete. Interior temperature was 34 degrees celsius at 7 pm. No ventilation, no air conditioning, strong odor of mold and must. No wifi.

Immaculate spacious studio apartment

Immaculate and spacious studio apartment, with big bathroom and fully equipped kitchenette. Easy self check in via access code. Laundry facilities, iron and ironing board. Perfect for our stay in Zurich. Highly highly recommend!! Short walk (5-10 mins) to tram stop.

BOOK ANYWHERE ELSE BUT HERE!

We were given a room (BE01) that was extremely dusty (we found over 7 spiders in the apartment and so much dust - the place hasn’t been vacuumed in years). We found hair and mold in the bathroom. The rug emitted a horrific smell and hasn’t been washed in years either. There were brown spots on the bathroom floor which looked very much like dried sewage. ALSO WATCH OUT: the glass door that is opaque is somewhat see-through. This means that you can see the person on the toilet and in the bathtub from both the living room and the bedroom which isn’t ideal if you want a bit of privacy. In all my years of using booking.com, this is by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed in! The pictures do NOT match AT ALL with the actual place. I have never written such a bad review before, but honestly, had I known about this place earlier, I would have stayed anywhere else but here. Having been to Zurich many many times over the years, I cannot believe that a place like this hasn’t been taken down.

quiet place with minimal facilities,

The location is not far from Zurich HB by taking a few tram stops, there are steps and slops leading to the apartment, luggage carriers beware! The cleaning lady was helpful, though she couldn’t change the toilet seat problem.

It is a beautiful, elegant, quiet neighborhood. The building is beautiful, as are the rooms. I really liked the room, but all the furniture inside is of the cheapest quality

As soon as I arrived, I was sent to a room in the basement... I called and asked to change my room because these details were not specified to me when I booked the room. My room was changed for a small fee. During the stay, I called the reception twice more for different problems, but they are not very friendly, they are quite short in their response and they did not bother to solve my problem (one such as changing my towels because it is not room service and in the last evening, the whole night there was a huge noise, a kind of domestic quarrel!!! no one bothered to call the police or do anything to stop the noise... at 06:00 when I called the reception to make a complaint, I was told that solving this problem is not up to them.🙁

The description of the apartment as having a terrace was incorrect. In fact, it was the entrance to the building, so opening the window to the so-called terrace compromised the privacy of the entire apartment. Bed and pillows were not very comfortable.
