Very clean,quiet and well appointed secure garden for our dogs and a great sun trap. Location was ideal for visiting York either on foot by bus or driving.

The Smithy was beautifully furnished, immaculately comfortable and in the perfect location, and the welcome hamper was an amazing unexpected extra. Perfect dog walk on the doorstep...and all other residents in the courtyard that we met were lovely and friendly.
Nothing, but if I had to nit pick, the duvet was too heavy for the hot weather at this time...but we just kicked it off!
