Central location and hassle-free stay. Bedding and towels clean. No AC (none advertised) but several fans which were welcome.

Broken tiles on the floor represent a bit of a hazard. One shower waste ran away slowly and the other flooded the bathroom because the waste seemed to be disconnected (so we didn’t use it). Damp stains on the walls. Painting and DIY materials just left in the kitchen under a table, out of the way but a bit of a mess. Dirty rug just rolled up and shoved down the side of the fridge. Washing machine was broken as had no door so advertised facilities not always available. We were only here 2 days before moving on, so we got by, but I booked an apartment with a washing machine specifically so this was a disappointment.

The location of this apartment is excellent. Luis’s recommendations for places to eat and try were fabulous. Check in was easy and great communication. There is AC in 2 bedrooms for hot nights.

The apartment needs a good clean and updating. It could be a lovely space for groups to enjoy but it just doesn’t seem cared for very well. It’s all OK, but very tired and not how it is in the photos. We were 8 people and with that in mind I would have thought the sofa bed would have been prepared.
