Very good location indeed. Elevator available. Comfortable beds. Most probably interior designer had planned things inside. Staff very helpful, accommodating and very quick in replying/answering to requests.
There was a problem with the gas heater - it would not always lit and warm up the water. Also, not possible to have two people showering at the same time - not enough hot water.
Bar table in the dining area is rather small so not that comfortable for 5-6 people to have breakfast together.

ЛОКАЦИЯ, лифт, две спальни, два санузла, кухня оборудована всем необходимым, стиральная машина, стиральный порошок, таблетки для посудомоечной машины, соковыжималка, кофемашина, тостер, микроволновая печь.
Нам дали возможность выехать на один час позже, то есть в 12.00 pm.
1. СТРОЙКА в доме напротив квартиры(((, они в 6.00 утра грузили все демонтированные кирпичи из здания, грузили все это в экскаватор и после этого экскаватор в грузовую машину с ГРОХОТОМ на всю улицу!!! Это был кошмар.
2. Кухня и гостиная с окнами во внутреннее пространство без естественного света.
3. В букинге указано, что в квартире имеется отопление, мы предполагали, что будут как минимум теплые полы.
На самом деле квартира отапливалась кондиционером.

We were met - exactly on time - shown into the almost unnaturally clean apartment and then we were left alone. We had instructions and contact details. The apartment is completely spotless, has everything you could need, is in a great location, not noisy, incredibly quiet and efficient air conditioning. No hesitation in recommending. Two bathrooms a bonus...!
Very difficult to think of something not to like. Cushions for the sofas were the only thing we missed, but we just used a spare pillow so absolutely no issue.

Fabulous location on cobblestone lane that is purely pedestrian after 9.30am. Many restaurants just outside the door. It’s on the flat section, so not a challenge to drag suitcases.
Could have a bigger bed in the main bedroom. There’s nothing else not to like!
