Location
unfortunately if you return back to the place after 12 at night, expect garbage bags blocking your door. It seems that the place next to the buildings door is leaving their bags at night for collection instead of leaving them across the street. I would suggest the owner to have a chat with them this is unacceptable. Also put a sign at the door that garbage bags can't block the door.

location, two bathrooms, living room, room layout
peeling paint in the bathroom, mold by the bathtub, very steep stairs, not for old people at all

good location on the central street, clean, good facilities
extremely noisy at night - not ideal with small children. our apartment was on 3rd floor (with no elevator & heavy bags up 3 very steep flights of stairs was a nightmare, lounge curtains didn’t close, safe didn’t work, checkin process wasn’t very thorough & nothing was very well explained
