The location is great. In a high tourist area with all amenities and level for walking.

The bathroom with shower is slippery when taking shower and care needed to be used.

Location can’t be better, simply perfect. We actually needed a room urgently and were lucky enough to catch this bargain so i think we paid less than its usual price. The response from the owner was fast and helpful, fixed our wi-fi issues etc. we did ask for a late check out and they refused but it’s fair so no complaints.

Beds a bit old, floor is noisy to step on

It was clean. The beds were comfortable. The shower was adequate. The location was wonderful. It was great to have a washing machine.

There was construction that started at 6AM on weekdays. When we arrived and saw that there was a construction project right outside our window, we said to our host that we were concerned about that and she said not to worry -it doesn’t start until 8 AM. When we sent a video showing it at 7 am(we didn’t think to take a video right away at 6) and another video the following morning at 6 AM, she insisted it was just the garbage being taken out. (Even though the video showed a dump truck and a front loader dumping rubble into it. ) Booking.com agreed we were entitled to get a full refund, but our host refused. Booking said that they couldn’t do anything about it although they did refund us the portion they would have earned from the rental. The rest of my comments will reflect my thoughts about the apartment if there were not construction going on… other than the bedrooms, was very very dark. The pictures made it look light, but that was total artificial lighting. The kitchen has a nice induction stove top, but I was surprised to see there are no frying pans. In a month of travel it was the only apartment we stayed in that did not have salt and pepper or oil. I think they Really they do not want you to cook there even though it’s got a kitchen. The rest of the apartment was functional… Although the toilet in the bathroom off the hallway didn’t work particularly well. We mainly used the other bathroom. If you have noisy neighbors upstairs, you will hear them moving about. Earlier in our trip we had stayed at the Visionaire apartments and we would’ve stayed there again except that they were full. We gave it a full 10 stars. the host responded promptly to questions from my husband, but for some reason, she never responded to mine… I’m not sure what that was about.
