FLH Baixa Elegant Escape

The location in the old part of Lisbon was excellent. There were lots of restaurants in closed off streets and the walking was easy. There were lots apartment had an elevator, the beds were comfortable and the bed linens, towels etc. were very nice. The apartment had all new appliances and furnishings.

The kitchen was extremely small and it had very little counter space. It only had 1 bathroom so that was a bit inconvenient with 2 couples.

Central location , modern & new . Keyless system is a plus with elevator. Self check is convenient.

None .

Location was good, the apartment was quite spacious and has amenities like dishwasher and washing machine, although we didn't use it for our short stay. Concierge did respond and act on our issues.

It was quite unclean and not all amenities (soap/shampoo) were provided upon check-in and needed to be requested as they were missing. We had stains on both mattress cover and doona cover, but were replaced after it was mentioned. The shower and basin both had drainage issues, which we didn't find out until the end of our first night, so someone else had to come on our second day also. Images of frontage need updating as the adjacent shops had changed so it was easily missed. Concierge, which are only available between 11am and 11pm also kept forgetting the type of apartment I had (no keys, only code access), so felt very impersonal.
