Meet our cozy and confortable 3-bedroom apartment in the perfect location for families looking for a comfortable and well-equipped stay in the heart of Lisbon. With an area of 130 m², the apartment offers enough space for up to 5-6 people.
The 3 bedrooms include one suite with 2 twin bed and a private bathroom (with bathtop, wc, washing bin), one bedroom with a double bed and one bedroom with 12 single bed. Access to the double bed room is through the smaller bedroom (passage room). The apartment has another bathroom with shower, wc and washing bin. In total there are 2 bathooms, ensuring privacy and convenience.
The fully equipped kitchen, with a refrigerator, washing machine, cooking utensils, coffee maker, oven, microwave, dishwasher and toaster, allows you to prepare homemade meals during your stay. Additionally, the apartment has air conditioning in all areas, ensuring ideal comfort throughout the year. An elevator is available from the 1st floor level (not groundfloor).
With access to Wi-Fi, TV with English and Portuguese channels, and a balcony, this apartment offers all the amenities necessary for a pleasant and relaxing family stay.

Our host was very gracious allowing us early entry because our plane arrived in the morning and we just went out and had a nice lunch and came back and the property was cleaning and ready for us. He was very helpful in getting us a tuck tuck tour, pick up at the airport and the tour to sintra which we really enjoyed.Very helpful and I definitely would take his recommendation for Damion for the Tuk Tuk tour

The condo is beautiful, very spacious, kitchen is big for italian standards and well equipped. The building is old, I think 250 years. We love the charm so were able to look past the first set of stairs to an extremely slow elevator. I would definitely stay there again - - the location is great, safe and close to transportation.

The check in was easy and the managers very responsive to any questions. Great location in Baixa with many shops and restaurants nearby. Tw o of us are in our late 80's and our 2 grandkids in their 30's. The first floor has stairs but then there is an elevator to the upper floors. No problem for us. Thank you Martin.

Family of 5 adults and it was wonderful! Plenty of room for all. Charming apartment. Comfortable beds, clean linens. Apartment was very quiet for being in such a great location, close to shops, restaurants and attractions. Air conditioning/heating in each room. Great communication with host.
