Fanqueiros Street 196-3D-City Center Apartment

Tuvimos un problema con nuestra reserva inicial y, a las 22h formalizamos la reserva con booking. A las 23h estabamos ya en el partamento, todo genial y la amfitriona muy atenta para facilitar-nos la entrada rapidamente.

Location. Clean. Quiet.

Difficult to access. Not an easy process. Street numbering not clear.

Perfect location, clean appartment, easy check in and check out, very good choice !

Everything was perfect. I would just add an airconditioning to the third room where there was just a ventilator (not mentionned in the description).

We would like to thank alot the lady who we met in check in and give us the keys ( we are not sure about exact her name but maybe is Ms Natalia)

# we are surprised about the attitude of Ms Liliana the (host , who is taking care of the apartment & the representative of alpendrazul.reservations ), when we reported to her immediately after check in a water leak in the bathroom she replied immediately that leake is caused by you .( we have a photo of the leak & a copy of her replying message) #We advise any one want to rent the apartment to be careful and check everything from the first moment. #The building has no elevator, It's third floor apartment. #It is noisy you can easily hear any movement from the above floor. # Just one key for the main building door.
