The biggest advantage of this apartment is its excellent location. It is very convenient for exploring Lisbon on foot, and there are plenty of restaurants, cafés and attractions nearby. The hosts were also friendly, responsive and very helpful throughout our stay. The apartment is spacious and would be a good option for larger groups.

However, there are several maintenance issues that should be addressed. There were quite a lot of insects in the bathroom, which was unpleasant. The bed headboards are also peeling, so every morning we found small white flakes from the faux leather on the bed. In addition, the ceiling is leaking, and we noticed visible signs of moisture damage, including stains, peeling surfaces and mould-like marks. The apartment is also located next to a tram line, so trams pass by regularly from early morning until late at night. If you are a light sleeper or looking for a very quiet stay, this is something to keep in mind. Overall, the apartment has great potential thanks to its location and helpful hosts, but we hope these maintenance issues will be resolved for future guests.

Was a slight leak coming from upstairs but the owner is getting this fixed. No air con but lots of fans provided.

Sadly there were a lot of stairs which we missed when booking. We had two people with us with mobility issues which made the steps quite challenging.
