LV Premier Apartments Baixa- CR

GREAT Location. Very central - easy to reach to different touristic points by foot, or public transportation. PERFECT for a 1st time visiting Lisbon, for example, when you want to get the most out of your time / experience. The property kept a good communication with us (via WhatsApp). We were 6 people in the apartment, we all stay comfortably; bedrooms, bathrooms and common areas have all a good size. Kitchen is well equipped. Note: Other reviews mentioned a strong smell coming from the restaurant downstairs, which wasn't a problem for us (at all). Even when the windows were opened, we didn't feel any smell which could cause discomfort. There was a stronger smell by the hallway, near the lift - NOT in the apartment.

We really enjoyed our stay, and I would go back to this property. My only ask would be to have more towels available at the apartment. Depending on how many days you stay, one per guest may not be enough, or get dirty.

Amazing location. Very nice apt. Worked great for us with 4 adults and 3 kids Assistance getting picked up at airport and taken to apt greatly appreciated and made life so much easier Driver was wonderful

Limited seating room for 7 people. We were hardly in apt so it worked for us but if we spent time inside it would have been problematic

Very centric.

A bit touristy for our liking but then the streets were empty at night after dinner.

Good location close to everything Big appartement Welcome basket was a nice touch

It is right above a restaurant so noisy at night had to go down to tell the owner of the restaurant to turn the music down twice And lots of cockroaches in the apartment when I told them they said we refused the spray which no one offered
