The Royal Prince Garden Apartments in Principe Real

We had a wonderful stay in this charming and stylish three-bedroom apartment, which had everything we needed for a perfect experience. The beds were extremely comfortable, and there were heaters in every room, ensuring a cozy atmosphere. We chose the third floor for its incredible view of the Tejo River and the surrounding gardens, which created a stunning landscape. Although there were options for first-floor apartments, we preferred the vantage point from above. There is no elevator, but we were informed about this beforehand, so we knew exactly what to expect. Ines, our host, provided us with all the information we needed about the apartment. The building itself is old and the stairs can be a bit dusty, stepping into the renovated apartment gives you the feeling of being in a stylish and beautiful home. I highly recommend this place!

We had an amazing stay in these huge apartments. The areas are very spacious, decoration is very styled and glamorous. The apartments are in the 1st floor and they connect through the corridor, we felt secure in having the doors open to change from one to the other. One of the apartments as a huge living room that could accommodate our entire family, we were 12. The rooms are very comfortable and warm (there is radiators in every room), and both kitchens are well equipped. We appreciate how well cleaned everything was, and we wish to thank the host Inês who was always present in all our demands and questions. Also, we loved the localization, super central and the Royal Prince Garden is just adorable. Our visit to Lisboa was just perfect. Thank you so much Inês, we will be back for sure.

Stunning apartment in a great location. The host Inês was super friendly and gave us all the info and good tips about the neighborhood. The apartment´s decoration is beautiful and as brand new bathroom and kitchen. Beds and mattresses are very comfortable, the apartment atmosphere feels very cosy. Totally recommended.

The building is old, but once you get inside the apartments everything is fine.

era lo que esperábamos, buscamos un sitio barato en el que poder llevar nuestra mascotas, zona buena cerca de transporte público y centro andando (para volver cuestas)

el apartamento estaba sucio, viejo y muchas cosas estropeadas … es un apartamento para 7, 8 adultos no lo veo, 6 adultos y 2 niños pequeños tal vez, el sofá cama no es cómodo y es pequeño, solo hay un baño completo y un pequeño aseo con wc y lavabo peor el lavabo no lo pudimos usar ni abría el grifo, el baño principal la ducha es bañera y el agua es difícil de regular la temperatura, los dormitorios Justos, la almohada es lo peor, les hace falta una pintura general a todo el apartamento, en la cocina faltan cosas, tostadora no hay, sartenes muy viejas, nevera vieja.
