The location was great. The apartment was clean and very comfortable. The staff were so helpful nothing was too much trouble. Pedro was so helpful with ideas and contacts with places to go, eat at and things to do.

Is in front of tram so is noisy in the morning Can use More counter space in the bathroom

Everything, it was awesome. The location was spectacular, but the amenities were even better.
That the only hour available for check-in is at 3pm, not earlier, the luggage can be left outside the apartment's door since 11am; but each property has their rules and in this case, it isn't unreasonable at all, so it doesn't matter.
