Location and size of the apartment

A/C not working, tried to contact them with whatsapp about the issue, but no responds... It is loud from the streets, and with the ac not working having to close the windows @ night it got really hot...

The apartment itself was lovely. Great living room area, two rooms, bathrooms, updated. However, there were some annoyances.

First, the primary bedroom's queen bed was more like a full size. It was too small for us, a US couple used to a King size bed. So we were forced to utilize the bed sofa in the living room. Only problem was, they charged 20 euros or so a night for the use of the sofa. Kind of ridiculous. So my husband slept on a sofa and we paid extra for the service. Also, we never received our breakfast the first morning and there was no compensation. Also frustrating. Next, there was only one remote that operated the a/c for the entire apartment. And if you touched a button to turn up or down, the a/c went off for the entire apartment...forever. But the staff was only available certain hours - so we suffered in extreme frigid cold or stifling heat on two of our three nights there.
