The views. The location. The apartment was spacious, great aircon.
The bathroom was a little dark when you had the door closed, that is only minor.

The place is quite spacious, the kitchen is nice, good AC and loved the snacks provided. Staff and communication was helpful.
Instructions on getting to the apartment are a bit confusing. The bin was a little bit difficult to find (it's below the sink). The couch felt a bit worn but still comfortable. There were some ants in the kitchen. The twin bedroom AC was making strange water sounds for some reason. The location itself can get quite noisy from outside parties etc at night.

Location is practical. The apartment is big with a mezzanine.
Very uncomfortable bedding: an old mattress on wooden planks. Third-floor property with a broken lift (which, judging by previous reviews, has been out of service for over a year). Dysfunctional air conditioning. Cumbersome check-in, especially if you only have digital copies of all guests’ passports. No Nespresso coffee machine, now the norm in this type of properties.
