Unique Design Apartments

The location was superb and exactly why I chose it. Central to everything. The apartment is nicely appointed and stocked with necessities (thank you).

While the apartment looked spotless, the floors or rugs need a cleaning as our socks were left very dirty.

Location was perfect. Walking distance to most attractions. The host is outstanding and helped make our stay truly memorable.

Would have liked a washing machine but not a real problem as the host offered a (paid) service if needed.

We loved our stay in the heart of Lisbon, with the Praca de Comercio (historical heart beat of the city) right outside your window - not to mention the incredible views - just as pictured - we stayed in the penthouse which we highly recommend. You are walking distance from so many attractions, viewpoints, shops and restaurants (and other neighbouring highlight areas like Chiado). Miguel is the true embodiment of what it means to be a "super host". For a modest fee, Miguel met us as the airport and took us on a small tour of the city en route to the apartment, to show us some landmarks and viewpoints so that we could get the "lay of the land". Miguel was always on hand during our stay to assist with fabulous recommendations for restaurants, entertainment options, travelling plans, laundry etc - he has been the best host we ever encountered on our travels, and if we visit Lisbon again, we would certainly look Miguel up and stay at this wonderful apartment right in the heart of the historical part of Lisbon. The room is much bigger in size than what you would find in most hotels and other apartment options, the layout and decorations are super cool, and you can open windows to see the famous Rua Augusta arch, and the beautiful buildings leading up to the left and right. Even though you are right on top of one of the most famous and iconic streets in Lisbon (Rua Augusta - which connects two famous squares - Praca do Comercio and Rossio Square), that tends to be bustling with activity at all hours, the apartment has double-glazed windows which makes for a super quiet and restful experience when closed up - and the bed in the penthouse is just amazingly comfortable after a long day of adventure filled fun in Lisbon! We were in Lisbon to run the 2025 Lisbon marathon - for 2026 runners, note that the end point of the marathon is the Praca do Comercio (plaza right in front of the apartment) - you literally pick up your medal and walk (or hobble!

There is nothing I did not like about this apartment - it is fabulous!

Miguel met us in person at the property on arrival, took up our bags, went through everything in relationship to the apartment, shared ideas on where to go and visit, and parked our vehicle. Miguel was available for contact during our stay and personally came to the apartment to check us out at the end of our stay. Our apartment was excellent, warm, welcoming, very clean and well appointed. It had everything we needed and more. The location above all was amazing for so close to everything. Our stay was so memorable, made so by the thoughtfulness and kindness of Miguel.
