Staff wanted to replace lounge during our visit, so we packed up to make room and then they cancelled it. Then staff member arrived unannounced to ‘make lounge measurements’. Very inconvenient and spooky. Bathroom could do with improvement.

The apartment is excellent! Is very comfortable, the beds are great, the rooms, the bathroom awsome! Super clean! Great kitchen! The location is also amazing, and Gonzalo polite and very easy to talk to! Geat Job!

A clean and welcoming apartment in a quiet block situated in a great position within Baixa. We were 5 floors up, which meant we were a little more disconnected from the street noise below (inevitable noise from traffic and humans as we were in a very busy central location - but this was muted by the good glazing and the fact we were higher up) We had a restricted but pleasant view of the sea which is only one block ahead. The apartment is also very close to the Rua Augusta Arch & Palace Yard (Terriero do Paco) and seafront. Compact for the 4 of us as our teens shared the sofa bed in lounge but absolutely fine for the few nights we stayed. Basically we were very pleased and it was better value than an equivalent 4-star hotel stay. Only one observation is that the round coffee table is massive if the sofa bed is out. And we were left Pastel De Nata's as a welcome treat, however we are all Vegan so these sadly went to waste. (We did find the local Vegan Pastel de Nata bakery though so bought a box of them, yum) and ww couldn't be sure if the toiletries were Vegan/Cruelty-Free approved? Also - If you're Plant based/Vegan there are loads of wonderful options in the area, we were spoilt for choice really! Recommend the very local Hygge House Cafe for delicious Vegan Brunch :)

Great location, central and everything was within walking distance. Super close to the Metros, train station and bus stops. Flat was clean and had everything needed. Beds were super comfortable. Great to have the option for air con and treats on arrival were a lovely touch. Great communication with staff, very responsive.

Only downside was the strong sewer smell in the bathroom which was overwhelming. Once reported, a member of staff came and tried to address the problem but unfortunately it persisted throughout our stay. Had to keep the bathroom fan on and kept bathroom use to a minimum.
