We had a wonderful stay at Hygge House Downtown. The apartment is beautiful, modern, very clean and comfortable, with everything we needed for a pleasant stay. The location is excellent, within walking distance of many attractions, restaurants and shops. We also appreciated the daily cleaning service and the convenient luggage storage. We really appreciated the tasteful design, the comfortable beds and the attention to detail. Everything was well organized and made us feel at home. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Lisbon!

Everything. Beautiful, big apartment. Great location.
The only thing that is not terrible is that the maintenance and cleaning crew often left bags in the hallway and in front of the elevator. The reception area is very small. No dealbreaker, just for them to work on that small matter.

I travel for fun quite a lot, and this was one of the best stays I've ever had. The staff was incredibly friendly, the two room suite with AC was lovely, and the food was amazing from start to finish -- I was greeted into the room with two fresh cinnamon rolls, and the all-you-can-eat breakfast off an excellent made-to-order menu was amazing. Can't recommend this place highly enough.
