Great location, cozy and clean room. Also the management team provided excellent advance communication that reduced some concerns prior to the trip. That was really nice.
Our plan included breakfast. However the set up was not done well. When we went to the cafe at the next door for breakfast with the instruction, We were told to pay first and additional discussion was required. That was the first morning. We were not comfortable so we skipped two other breakfasts at there.

Good location. Spacious bathroom and interior. Great shower. Large bed. Great staff. High quality furnishings: bed, couch, table, chairs, curtains, carpet etc. Two AC units with control and two TVs (one in bedroom and one in living room). Full body mirror. Washer in unit; drying rack provided upon request. Strong Wifi. Bluetooth headphones and Casting supported by TVs. Great breakfast; AYCE for 15 euro is a good value for the area.
Minor stuff: Bathroom mirror is a bit low and oddly recessed in the wall. Taller people could bump their heads if not careful. No freezer in the fridge. No drawers for storing clothes. Bathroom is on opposite side of unit to bedroom. For some reason, maid did not replace flat sheet whenever making bed. Forgot to replace towels one day. Being in downtown, there is some noise at night to be expected.
