Lovely spacious, light and clean apartment with all the amenities you would need and the apartment was in a fantastic location. Everything we needed for our girl’s trip - close to all the sites and spoilt for choice for places to eat/drink.

Due to the fantastic location with the windows open on the lounge you did hear some street noise but nothing more than cars and people and certainly did not intrude on our stay (and more importable our sleep!)

Excellent location. Great communication. Well-appointed apartment. One room has a Murphy bed, so if you don't need it or plan to spend some time inside, you can fold it up and open up the living area a bit (though you don't need to; it's very spacious). Two full- and one half-bathroom felt like a luxury and was great to have after long days of exploring Lisbon! We're city folks who planned to be IN the city, so the loud streets didn't bother us at all...and if you close the storm doors on the windows at night, you can barely hear it!

The washing machine leaked, and I ended up doing a significant amount of cleanup the night before we left (including cleaning out the filter, which, while gross, resolved the issue). This somewhat canceled out the value of having the washer there, but not completely since I was able to troubleshoot and didn't have to put still-dirty and now sopping-wet clothes in our suitcases. I did lose a few hours of sleep dealing with it, but management was very responsive to me and kept up good communication--though there wasn't much else to be done until after we left.
