Welcome to our beautiful penthouse, perfectly located in the vibrant Baixa (downtown area), the very heart of Lisbon. Experience the charm and excitement of the city from this modern and luxurious apartment, designed to make your stay unforgettable.
Our penthouse, which was renovated in 2020, is ideal for a family city break in Lisbon. With its ample space and modern amenities, you and your family will have everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
On the lower level, you'll find two bedrooms and two bathrooms. One bedroom features two single beds (80x200 cm each), and the other offers a double bed (160x200 cm). The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for cooking meals at home. The living room includes an extra sofa bed (104x230 cm, suitable for 1 person), TV, dining table, and a small balcony facing the street. The upper level is a spacious open area that serves as an additional bedroom, with a single bed (90x200 cm), a sofa bed (140x200 cm, sleeps 2 people), and a TV. From the windows, you can enjoy views of the castle. This versatile space is perfect for older children, giving them their own area to relax and play.
Please note that the apartment is not suitable for babies or toddlers. As a duplex, it features an internal staircase with 13 steps leading to the upper floor, without child safety gates. Therefore, we do not recommend the apartment for children under 3 years old.
All sections of the apartment are entirely private for our guests (there are no shared areas except for the building's common spaces—entrance, corridors, and elevator).

The location of this apartment is central to everything. We did not use an Uber to go anywhere. Great restaurants all within 15 minute walk. Shopping all around within a 15 minute and less walk. The elevator to the apartment works perfectly. It is easy upon arrival to get dropped off on the street above the apartment and walk down with bags. Communication with host very good. The beds are comfortable and the A/C works perfectly. Great water pressure in showers, washing/drying machine works great. The apartment is very quiet with the windows closed at night. The water heater in the kitchen makes a very loud noise when you turn on hot water. That does need to be fixed, but we just shut the kitchen door when using hot water. I would recommend this apartment for you stay in Lisbon!
