The location was perfect and I did like that it had a kitchenette which was helpful

We had booked for three people so our son was on a sofa bed which we didn't care about. Unfortunately in my opinion the apartment is not suitable for more than two people. The sofa bed was terrible to sleep on it had a bar across his back and had no space around it, we couldn't even open the door fully to enter the apartment I also found disappointing that there was not instructions on how to operate coffee machine and even letting us know that there was a safe in the apartment which was up high in a cupboard which was strange location. If you are just a couple the apartment is perfect

Location was excellent! Walkable to almost everything. Restaurants and shopping right outside the door. Has a lift which was nice for grandmother. Good, quick communication from the host. Would stay again.

Bathroom lighting was very dim. Foyer entranceway when entering the building smells a bit.

We stayed a week in Lisbon at this apartment, and overall it was a pleasant experience. The apartment has high ceilings and feels authentic and spacious. Thanks to the two air conditioning units, you can easily escape the Portuguese heat. The sofa bed was comfortable too. The location is great — right in the middle of the city and close to the sea, with everything within easy reach: shops, transport, and plenty of options for breakfast, brunch, lunch, and dinner. There are so many fun things to do nearby that you end up spending very little time at the apartment anyway. All in all, we had a great stay for a good price.

Unfortunately, our stay had quite a few issues. There was some mold on the grout in the bathroom, and the dishwasher was too dirty on the inside for us to use. The kitchen equipment was limited. The wifi didn't work at all during our stay and the staff was not very responsive. We had to reset a certain electrical circuit several times using the switch, and the door handle in the bedroom was missing entirely. To make things worse, we found a large cockroach in the apartment. On top of that, the boiler isn't very large, so with 4 people staying, you need to be a bit careful with hot water usage.
