Très bon emplacement. Très bonne literie. Vaisselle insuffisante pour 4 ( 2 petites cuillères par exemple ) pas d’accueil humain et visiblement pas de suivi humain par rapport aux commentaires, c’est dommage… appartement spacieux

The key to the main door wouldn’t work. so I was left on the street until another resident came home and allowed me access. When a member of the team arrived to sort the issue, I was told they regularly change the locks, however they failed to inform me and give me a new key to mitigate the issue of me being stranded on the street at night. Also the kettle was broken. The shower could do with an update. as it was black with mould. Apartment is noisy from other residents and the bar below.

Location, location!!! You can walk to most of the attractions in Lisbon. Train, buses and ferry all very close. We did everything using public transportation. The beds are nice and clean.

No internet connection, no cable tv, the maintenance guy went to the apartment to fix it, as there wasn’t any technical problem, he called the telecommunications company and we heard that the issue was because the internet bill wasn’t paid. They never paid it and we spent a week without internet. We had to go to a cafe to search for attractions, plan the day and schedule a covid test. The tiles in the bathroom are coming out, the apartment has a musty smell that you can feel when opening the door, opening the doors and windows makes it go away.
