Stayed 1 night. Plenty of room. No air conditioning, which is detailed in property description, so no surprises but was a little hot for sleeping in July

Location was perfect. Within walking distance to everything we wanted to see and do. Great apartment setup, Highly recommend! Would stay here again.

The location was perfect. The property needs TLC. There are a lot of details that require attention. 1. Bathroom cabinets should be replaced. 2. A lot of walls need to be cleaned and painted.3. Bathrooms’ showers are falling apart 4. There are not hand towel hangers in any bathroom. (Not practical at all). 5. Living room couch needs to be replaced ASAP. 6 Cleaning crew MUST clean under the beds. We found all kinds of items and dirt. 7. Pillows and mattress on Murphy bed need to be replaced as well. 8. Murphy bed is larger than the doorway clearance so it was not possible to close the bedroom door. 9. The view from the two back bedrooms was not appealing at all. All you see is the trash from the restaurant below. All kinds of boxes and trash accumulated on the mini courtyard. 10. French doors in one of the back bedrooms had broken glass, that’s a major hazard. 11. The apt should have central AC.
