The location was great, it was very clean, the apartment was huge for a family of 5. The only problem we had was checking In. I tried reaching out to them 2 months before our stay and have not teceive any respond. All the while I they have an onsite office, apparenyly they do contactless check In. I called them on the day of our arrival 2times. I not sure if i will be charge of it because its not a toll free number. they informed me that they were an error on the email on file that was why I did not received the check in details. I booked this through expedia which i have been using for more than 6years and no problem like this and they are with vrbo. so i do notknow who made an error. it was a contactless check in and we were on the streeth cold, on my phone trying to register our passport details through their website. If only they follow through after my booking.

A big clean place in a great neighborhood. If it were not for the crazy fluctuation of water temperature in the bath and showers during each visit, the very loud street noise and slow response from my Lovely Stay contact on the last few days I would have given it a 5.
