Light Green Apartments - Downtown Lisbon

Świetna lokalizacja. Apartament bardzo czysty, wygodny i dobrze wyposażony. Widok z tarasu położonego na 6 piętrze jest olśniewający(trzeba wyjść z apartamentu na klatkę schodową i pokonać kilka stopni) . Z jednej strony rzeka Tag a z drugiej katedra Sé. Blisko stacji metra ( łatwy dostęp do lotniska) i pięknego Praça do Comércio.

Pewnym utrudnieniem może być wspięcie się z walizką ( zwłaszcza dużą) na 5 piętro. Trzeba pokonać 65 bardzo stromych stopni i bardzo wąską klatkę schodową. Trudno powiedzieć, że to mi się nie podobało gdyż informacja o tym była w opisie. Ale osoby, które mają jakikolwiek problem z chodzeniem powinny się zastanowić. Aczkolwiek śniadanie czy kawa na tarasie z takim widokiem jest cudowną rekompensatą.

Abbiamo soggiornato per 4 notti . L’appartamento N3, per 2-4 persone, abbastanza comodo, necessita di tutto, moderno, pulito, tranquillo di notte. Il punto forte è la posizione strategica di raggiungere tutto a piedi!

Presenza dei lavori il di ristrutturazione nelle vicinanze. Le Scale molto ripide, non sono comode per le persone anziane. Per me era stato difficile portare su su una valigia XL.

This apartment has an amazing location no more than a 10-15 min walk of everything we wanted to do/see. The check in process was so simple and easy and the hosts were very easy to contact throughout our stay. The apartment itself was lovely, the lounge/kitchen area was really nice to have and meant that we had a bit more space. The apartment was clean and had great air con!

The location is perfect, right in the heart of Lisbon, surrounded by restaurants, cafes, and bars. It's just a few minutes' walk to the metro station and the main boulevard, and only a few steps from the lift that leads to the Sé Cathedral. ​The apartment has much space. There's a spacious built-in wardrobe, a large kitchen counter, and extra stools.

The photos are misleading - our unit was not featured in any of them. The staircase was dirty, smelled and was stained with bleach, setting a negative tone from the start. ​Upon entering the apartment, we were met with a strong smell of mildew and a general sense that the apartment was dirty, even moldy. The entire place felt run-down and uninviting. The condition was poor—the bed and sheets felt damp, and the bed itself was made of two low-quality sofas pushed together. The rug was so dirty that our feet were black after walking on it barefoot. The kitchenware was also disappointing; the cutlery, plates, and pots were covered in grease and food residue, and the cups were unwashed. We also found that basic supplies like salt and oil were missing. No oven, no dishwashee, despite there is plenty of space to place them. The fridge is a disaster! Ruined, with rust on in it! ​The bathroom was in a terrible state, especially the shower, which was full of mold. The shower also flooded with every use, creating a dangerous slipping hazard. The toilet flush didn't work fully, and the laminate on the cabinet under the sink was peeling off. ​On top of the poor condition, the apartment has paper-thin walls and unsealed windows, so we could hear absolutely everything. The front door slams shut with a loud bang that can be heard throughout the area, and we were woken up every morning at 7:30 AM by a loud, old scooter starting right under our window for four straight days...
