Vue exceptionnelle depuis cet appartement où il est très agréable de séjourner. Idéalement situé pour découvrir la ville. Literie confortable. Être attentifs à marcher légèrement dans l’appartement pour ne pas déranger les habitants qui vivent en dessous.

Une porte fenêtre permettant d’accéder à un côté du balcon était hors d’usage mais il y en avait heureusement une autre pour sortir quand même. Les autres portes fenêtres mériteraient d’être réparées aussi.

The airport ride dropped me in the wrong place, not ideal as it was pouring with rain. Lucky the owners in the shop next door was extremely helpful. and one of them helped me with one of my cases as it was round the corner and uphill which i would not have located myself. The host was extremely friendly and very welcoming and showed me all around and gave me a lot of good recommendations in respect of where to eat. The wi-fi did not work for the first 24hrs but afterwards. all fine. The flat was very airy and clean. Con: The telly was very small. Due to the usually bad weather on a couple of evenings, the flat got a wee bit chilly . But I will still stay again due to the location, friendly and helpful host. Thank you

The location in Alfama is just perfect: very close to the Cathedral, very close to the Castle. A magnificent view on the River. Tram 28 and bus 737 have stops less then 100m from the apartment, while it is a side street, so traffic sounds do not reach you. Terreiro do Paço metro station (Blue line) is visible from the windows. It’s a short walking distance to this station and an elevator is available next to the Cathedral, so that you do not need to climb steep streets. Likewise, there is a Pingo Doce nearby, also with an elevator next to it, so that you may easily and quickly do some basic shopping. The two bedrooms of the apartment are interconnected with internal doors, while also having separate entries. The bathroom is single, but it is very conveniently organized in such a way, that the shower, WC and the washbasin are separated, having additional sliding doors, so – if required – may be used simultaneously by more than one person. You also get two sets of keys to the apartment if you ask in advace. Should you run into an electric power shutdown (happens rarely), it’s enough to turn the differential fuse off an on, and the power is restored. The fuse box is located in a wall cabinet in the hall (and the diff. fuse is the gray, leftmost one in the middle row of the fuses). Marta, our host, was a just as perfect. Always available and helpful. We got a warm welcome and good recommendations on nearby restaurants and pastelarias (and there are many close by). I come to Lisbon now and then. If available, I would certainly choose the apartment the next time.

Das Appartement ist noch schöner als auf den Bildern, hell und geräumig und die Aussicht auf den Fluss einfach fantastisch. Die Lage war ideal gelegen neben der Kathedrale also genau zwischen Pantheon und nur Baixa bzw. Rossio. Alles war zu Fuß wunderbar erreichbar. Die 24h-Service über WhatsApp hat super funktioniert.

Manchmal gab es einen Kurzen, wir hatten aber schnell heraus warum und konnten das immer gleich beheben (Hauptschalter - grün - einfach ein- und ausschalten) Wasserkocher und Heizung in allen Zimmern war für den Stromkreislauf zu viel. Die Heizung hat dafür super funktioniert ;)
