Loved the location - in the old town near the main square and right next door to a very cool old building. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Some of the best customer service I came across on my travels.
We had a 2 bed apartment - the views were awesome from the main room but the second bedroom was windowless. Fine for sleeping but you wouldn’t want to spend much time in there. Also the hot water took ages to come on and one day I couldn’t get any at all. Front desk got it going for me and were most apologetic but I couldn’t see any technique to it to know for next time!

The location was terrific and we were able to easily walk up toward the castle and not worry too much about directions. The room was large and comfortable. The hosts greeted us in a very friendly manner. Although we had to share a bathroom, the bathrooms were always available and always kept very clean!
Arriving in an Uber from the airport, it was a bit confusing to figure out where to be dropped off and which door to use. The email with instructions should alter the wording to include "pedestrian-only" to describe the location, and then give the name of the intersection that is the best drop-off location.

the apartment feel is nice and the location is great. There is a community kitchen that can be used for meals.
the water heater seems to be connected to various different apartments and is super noisy and will go on at various unexpected times depending on the near apartments of others showering or using hot water . at night trying to put kids to bed was hard due to the noise as well as early morning wake up call of others using their hot water.
I was quite upset that we put our do not disturb sign on the door and housekeeping came in anyways without respecting our request. What is the point of the do not disturb sign?
