The hotel reached out via Whatsapp to confirm and arrange the pickup! Excellent location, nice host - even allowed us to use the common showers after chechout!

the apartment feel is nice and the location is great. There is a community kitchen that can be used for meals.
the water heater seems to be connected to various different apartments and is super noisy and will go on at various unexpected times depending on the near apartments of others showering or using hot water . at night trying to put kids to bed was hard due to the noise as well as early morning wake up call of others using their hot water. I was quite upset that we put our do not disturb sign on the door and housekeeping came in anyways without respecting our request. What is the point of the do not disturb sign?
