The Building
Ando Living Tejo Palace occupies a beautifully restored historic building in Campo das Cebolas, one of Lisbon's oldest riverside quarters, where centuries of the city's history continue to shape its character.
Originally home to the Palace of Francisco de Távora, one of the noble residences that once lined Lisbon's waterfront before the 1755 earthquake, the building has witnessed the city's remarkable transformation over the centuries. Carefully restored, it preserves many of its defining architectural features, including its grand stone staircase, vaulted ceilings and historic proportions, while introducing the comfort and functionality of contemporary living.
